‘Walking Dead’ Star Moses J. Moseley Passes Away at 31

Moses J. Moseley, an actor best known for playing zombie Mike on “The Walking Dead,” has passed away at age 31.
On Monday, a family member told TMZ that police found Moseley’s body Wednesday in the Hudson Bridge area of Stockbridge, Georgia.
Per family, loved ones had not heard from Moseley since Sunday of last week. After filing a missing person’s report, they contacted OnStar, which tracked his vehicle to a bridge area that covers a freeway.
Family also say Moseley reportedly died of a gunshot wound, but investigators have not determined who pulled the trigger.
In an update, law enforcement sources told the outlet that Moseley’s death is being investigated as a possible suicide.
In a statement to People, Moseley’s manager Tabatha Minchew confirmed the death and honored the actor as “an amazing person” who “was always excited about life.”
“He was loved by everyone who met him. Such a bright light in everyone’s eyes,” Minchew said. “Moses was an amazing person and if you had the opportunity to meet him, he would have made your day amazing. He was very talented, he was a great friend, the kind you could call for anything. He was always excited about life and working in the entertainment business.”
In addition to portraying Mike, one of Michonne’s (played by Danai Gurira) pet zombies, on “The Walking Dead” in 2012 and 2015, Moseley appeared in projects including “Joyful Noise,” “The Internship,” “Queen of the South,” “Watchmen,” and “Blood Scroll: Horror Stories.”
Following the tragic news, “The Walking Dead” issued a statement on Twitter, writing, “Our thoughts and prayers are with our #TWDFamily member Moses J. Moseley.”
