THIS Man Allegedly Lived in an OnlyFans Model’s Attic!

A man has been charged for allegedly living in the attic of a model he met on OnlyFans.
Per a news release from the Somersworth Police Department posted to Facebook, on February 9 at 4:43 a.m., New Hampshire police responded to a report that an unidentified female resident on Highland Street heard someone in her residence.
At the scene, officials located a male suspect, later identified as 20-year-old Mauricio Damian-Guerrero of Bensalem, Pennsylvania, on the roof.
“After an on-scene investigation, the male was taken into custody for the charge of Burglary. The investigation was furthered, and information was obtained that the suspect was known to the victim from online social media,” police said.
Authorities added that the suspect reportedly drove to New Hampshire from Pennsylvania, and, after staying at an Airbnb in Portsmouth, entered the home of the victim “with the intent to commit theft and invasion of privacy.”
Damian-Guerrero was ultimately charged with two counts of burglary/nighttime/residence — Class A felonies and two counts of burglary/daytime/residence — Class B felonies.

Per WMUR, investigators allege Damian-Guerrero broke into the home multiple times and took video of the woman’s private areas while she slept. Authorities also say they found a tracking device that he allegedly admitted to wanting to tape to the victim’s car.
PhillyVoice adds that the woman told police that the suspect appeared to have lived in the attic for a period of time, as she allegedly found food, a cup with urine in it, and a pair of headphones.
In an affidavit obtained by the Miami Herald, the woman and the suspect reportedly met on OnlyFans, and the woman gave the suspect her address because “he wanted to buy her a TV and fireplace.”
“She never really wanted to meet him, but he was very pushy and eventually she was walking to her car and noticed a car pulled over close to her. She saw him ducking and hiding inside his car,” officials wrote.
The Herald adds that Damian-Guerrero reportedly confessed to police that before breaking into the residence, which reportedly belongs to the woman’s mother, he had broken into her Dover, New Hampshire, apartment multiple times.
“He was released with pretty strict bail conditions,” Deputy Strafford County Attorney Emily Garod told WMUR. “But it is an ongoing concern of ours, the safety of the victim during the pendency of this case, so that is why we asked for him to be held pending trial.”
Per the Somersworth Police Department, Damian-Guerrero initially refused bail and was transported to the Strafford County House of Corrections.
People reports on Thursday that he has since been released on $2,500 cash bail and is required to wear a GPS tracking bracelet. WMUR adds that he has also been ordered to not enter the state of New Hampshire, and is to have no contact with the woman.
