Soulja Boy proudly announces he’s going to be a father!
On Saturday, the “Crank That (Soulja Boy)” rapper revealed the news while sharing footage from his lavish gender reveal party that appears to be held at a mansion in Los Angeles.
In the clip, the MC throws down an egg, releasing a blue powder — indicating he will soon welcome a baby boy!
“It’s a boy!!” the musician captioned the footage.

According to Page Six, Soulja is expecting his bundle of joy with Los Angeles-based hairstylist Jackilyn Martinez.
While sharing footage on her page, Martinez joked, “I was so nervous and afraid [that] my ----- was gonna fall out. it turned out beautiful tho.”

Though this news might be a surprise to many, Soulja has been vocal about wanting kids.
Last month on Twitter, he wrote, “Having kids this year baby mama where you at.”
In September 2021, Soulja said on Instagram Story, “I have everything I want in life except for a son. God please bless me, I’ve been patient.”
