THIS ‘90 Day Fiancé’ Couple Are Divorcing After 6 Years of Marriage!

“90 Day Fiancé” couple Mark and Nikki Shoemaker are calling it quits after six years of marriage!
According to online court records obtained by “E! News” on Wednesday, Mark filed for divorce at the Baltimore County Circuit Court on March 2.
The next day, Mark filed to seal their divorce, but his request was denied by a judge. Records also indicate that there is a prenuptial agreement involved.
Back in 2015 on Season 3 of the hit reality TV show, fans were introduced to the couple, who have a 39-year age gap. At the time, Mark was 58 years old, and Nikki was 19.
As seen on the TLC program, Mark traveled to the Philippines — where his first ex-wife is from — to meet Nikki after the two spoke online.
Two days later, Mark proposed to Nikki with a ring made from a zip tie.
Throughout the season, the pair’s age difference proved to be a source of conflict for the couple — as Nikki is younger than Mark’s youngest daughter, Elise Shoemaker.
As reported by Page Six, in 2017, Mark and Nikki filed a lawsuit against TLC and the show’s production company, Sharp Entertainment, because of how they were depicted on the program. However, that May, a judge threw out the case.
The couple also opted out of participating in “90 Day Fiancé” spin-offs.
