DHL Cargo Plane Splits in Half Upon Landing! WATCH!

A DHL cargo plane split into two upon making a landing at a Costa Rica airport.
As seen in videos circulating around social media, the plane bound for Guatemala is forced to make an emergency landing at Juan Santamaria airport but ends up sliding off the runway — and then splitting in half.
Citing the fire department, TMZ says that after the plane took off for Guatemala City, a failure in the hydraulic system was detected — prompting the crew to make the landing.
Additionally, TMZ adds that the Juan Santamaria airport was forced to shut down for a period of time, impacting hundreds of flights and over 8,000 passengers.
In a statement obtained by People, DHL confirmed the incident but noted that no crew members were physically harmed. The company says only one person was evaluated as a precautionary measure.
“We can confirm that a DHL de Guatemala SA B757-200F flight JOS2716 sustained damage upon landing at Juan Santamaria airport in Costa Rica. We are pleased to report that the crew were physically unharmed in the incident. One crew member underwent medical checks as a precaution,” the statement read.
“We are coordinating with the airport authorities on moving the aircraft from the area near the runway. However, the runway has reopened and operations have now resumed at the airport. DHL’s incident response team has been activated and an investigation will be conducted with the relevant authorities to determine what happened. Until then, we are unable to share any further information.”
As reiterated in the statement, DHL spokesman Daniel McGrath told TMZ that they have launched an investigation to determine the exact cause of the accident.
