Rapper Archie Eversole Passes Away at 37

Archie Eversole, an Atlanta rapper known for his song “We Ready,” has passed away at the age of 37 from a fatal shooting.
As reported by WSB-TV, on March 25, police responded to a Chevron gas station on Snapfinger Woods Drive where they found the musician suffering from a gunshot wound.
After he was taken to a nearby hospital, he eventually succumbed to his injuries on April 3.
Per the outlet, investigators say Eversole’s brother, Alexander Kraus, shot him.
Though Kraus was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, his charges were upgraded to murder after Eversole died.
TMZ reports that Kraus is currently in Dekalb County Jail.
When Eversole was only 17, he recorded his first album, “Ride Wit Me Dirty South Style,” which later went gold.
As for his song “We Ready” with Bubba Sparxxx, the song became a popular anthem at football games and other sporting events.
In 2018, Eversole was handpicked by soccer team Atlanta United to write its theme song, “United We Conquer.”
Our condolences go out to his family and loved ones for their loss.
