THIS Former Housewife Got a Neck Lift!

Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave is defending her decision to go under the knife!
Tuesday on Instagram Story, the former star of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” gave her fans an update after she underwent a neck lift from Dr. Sarmela Sunder in California.
Though the Bravolebrity — who is the daughter of musician John Mellencamp — admits the “nights are rough,” she says she is feeling better and notes how little bruising she has on her face.
However, despite her candidness, Arroyave received flak for her invasive procedure.
On Monday, she told fans that she received a DM from a social media user who took issue with her plastic surgery, as Arroyave, an accountability coach, helps clients with their fitness and nutrition goals.
“Ur a public figure trying to help women loose [sic] weight yet you’re getting a face lift to remind those of us who need one who can’t afford one how ugly we are Thanku,” the message read.
In response, Arroyave defended her neck lift, writing back, “I am being transparent with my journey. Would you prefer I lie and pretend the loose skin on my neck disappeared? That’s not who I am. You want to only follow people that show themselves through a filtered version of themselves then I am not the person to follow.”
She continued, “(Btw, this has nothing to do with going all in on your life - I changed my life 7 years ago and am proud of that and will continue sharing and helping others achieve their goals).”
Arroyave then asked her followers: “Do you appreciate me being open about my journey or would you rather I just pretend I did nothing?”
Of course, this isn’t the first time the “RHOBH” alum has been open about her cosmetic changes.
In July 2019, Arroyave wrote an Instagram post about her weight loss transformation, and how her changing size led her to having breast augmentation.
“Not on my nose. I did on my tata’s,” she responded to a fan who asked if she’s ever had rhinoplasty.
When a different fan asked, “Was it bc you needed a lift? Just curious from my weight loss, I feel I [needed] a lift or [getting it] redone?” she explained that she “didn’t need a lift,” but “they deflated after breast feeding and weight loss so they added 210 cc implants.”
