Spiked Pear-Fect Tea Cocktail Recipe

It’s simple and delicious!

1. You start with 6 ounces of brewed chai tea.
2. Then, you mix in 3 ounces of pear simple syrup into a cocktail shaker.
3. Now, add in 2-3 ounces of your favorite bourbon.
4. Then, you SHAKE IT, SHAKE IT, SHAKE IT!
5. Finally, strain your mix as you pour over ice.
6. To finish it off, throw in a cinnamon stick for garnish, and VOILA!

Make it a mocktail! In a martini shaker filled with ice, add 3 ounces room temperature chai tea, 1 ounce pear simple syrup and 2.5 ounces iced tea. Shake it and pour over ice in a highball glass. Add one thin pear slice and cinnamon stick for garnish.
